パッと見では、日本語を理解できませんでした。お父さんは自分で言えないのね、きっと。
言える内に言いましょう。毎晩『梅ちゃん先生』を観ていると、一生帰って来ないお父さんがたくさんいた時代があったんだなと思いました。私にはたまたま両親がいてラッキーです。ラッキーな間に感謝をしておかないとですね。EXILEのライブに連れて行くのが親孝行だとすると、かなりハードルが高いですけどね。

I found a signboard in front of a preschool. That says ‘Mom, I love you. And so do you, right? dad?’ I couldn’t understand the meaning of that original Japanese sentence. But later, I realized most Japanese dads don’t say ‘thank you’ nor ‘love you’ to their wives. sigh. I am a super lucky person to have both mom and dad. So I want to celebrate this special day as far as I can do!
